Nice charm, nice size, good sparkle. Unfortunately, a couple of stones were missing on one of the charms, BUT DoreenBeads has always extended exceptional customer service, so I feel very confident that they will credit my account for the damaged charm. I seldom have any issues, but the few times I have, they have always made it right! Shop here with confidence!
