Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

2. Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return items for personal reasons (not due to any error on our part), you may do so within 14 days of order arrival.

4. Non-Refundable Shipping Fee

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If your order is still in processing status and has not yet been shipped, you may contact us directly to cancel the order and request a full refund.
