10. What is the processes of "Vacuum Plating"for stainless steel products? What are their advantages?
A: This is a process of electroplating. It is a green and environmentally friendly technology. The advantages are: 1) Uniform coating with high gloss, 2) Variety of colors to mimic different metal appearances, 3) Environmentally friendly with no harmful gas emission.
11. Why do some products have REACH labels in their titles, but others do not?
A: We will test products from different factories from time to time. If the test is passed, we will add REACH labels to make customers feel more assured.
