Q: What's the difference between Backorder and Preorder ?

A: Backorder items: it means that the items are out of stock temporarily, but they may be restocked soon. Anyway, we advise you order and pay for them firstly, as for the paid orders, we will restock them in an expedited way.

Preorder items: it means we sell them without stock, only when we receive orders from customers, then we will purchase them according to ordered quantity.

Q: If my order contains some out-of-stock items, what are you going to do?

A: In order to let you receive other items without delay, we shipped your order out in advance. For out-of-stock items, we usually do as follows:

1) We may send them together with your next order when you kindly buy again. You could feel free to remind us of that next time.
2) We may ship them out upon they are available in next few days. (Normally we send them via airmail, you do not need to pay shipping fee. But if you need them urgently, please feel free to contact us, we will do our best to offer faster delivery).

Q: Why do your gold tone items look like tarnished?

A:Firstly I would like to say that all of the items sold on our website are with good quality. Some gold tone or silver tone items that looks a little black is a black finish but not been tarnished.

Please have a look at the above gold tone spacer bead, this bead is gold toned in color and it is not as shiny as the gold plated one. So it might be thought of as been tarnished. Actually this is a special blacken technique to make an antique look to this bead. And this antique finish is also used to highlight the patterns or the details of the patterns. In addition, it can provide protection to the base metal.
(The same finish can be found on some silver tone pieces as well.)

Q: Do your products have stock on hand? When will you arrange the shipment after I placed orders?
