A: To further improve our Quality Control, an Item Label has been pasted on each item package since May, 2009. The Item Label is generally given in one letter and 7 Arabic numbers, eg. B0132517(This is the item label for Antique Gold Charms Bail Beads). The letter and the fore 5 numbers, which is "B01325", refers to Part No. for this item and the last two numbers "17" stands for the Number of our QC (Quality Control) inspector who examines this product quality.

The custom taxes differ from countries to countries, and are dependent on the commodity being imported, its declared value and other likely factors, so we cannot predict whether you will be charged for the taxes or how much you may have to pay when you import our goods into your country. Q: Can you help me to declare my value low?

A: Yes, generally on one hand we will mark your parcel as metal beads on custom declaration form, on the other hand we will also state the value of your parcels as low as we can. Usually we will state the value of your parcel within 10 US$ for airmail and within 30 US$ for EMS, or we will adjust it according to your parcels' weight. But normally the declaration value would not exceed 100 US$.

Q: How to tell the difference between antique silver, silver plated, silver tone and sterling silver? [Return to Top]
A: All of the items are related with silver, you may feel it is hard to tell them apart, if so, the following information can help you. :)

Antique Silver: it has plated silver and blackened to a feature so its color takes on an antique look (darken color)
Silver Tone: it imitates the silver color but it is not in fact silver, not shiny as the silver plated (dull silver color looks like the platinum color)
Silver Plated: it has plated with a layer of real silver, so it looks the same as sterling silver, except the 925 hallmark. (Shiny silver color)
Sterling Silver: it is made out of solid sterling silver (bright sparkly silver color)


Q: How to tell the difference between antique gold, gold plated and gold tone items?

A: On our website, there are mainly 3 gold colors: gold plated, antique gold and gold tone. You can tell them apart by checking their title or image.

Antique Gold items have been taken special blacken technique. This finish is used to highlight the patterns so make it has beautiful details. The gold color is dull.
Gold Plated items have a sunshine yellow color that look closer to the gold. It is made of alloy plating with a thin layer of gold. If you prefer to bright gold colors, you could consider to try gold plated which looks more brighter than the antique gold and gold tone items.
Gold Tone items are gold toned in color but they are less shiny than gold plated. They have also been blackened for antique finish. As you see, it is duller than gold plated, but it looks brighter than antique gold.

 

Q: Do your products have stock available on hand? If I place my order when will you ship it? [Return to Top]
A: Yes, all of our products nearly 99.9% have stock on hand normally. Everything you see on our website is currently in stock (except individual items stated out of stock). This means that we can arrange to send your parcel quickly (in 1-2 dyas) when you place your order and complete the payment. Compared with some sellers whose products not in stocks, maybe they promise to ship your order by EMS in 3-7 days, but in actual, they usually take 20-30 days to prepare the products.

 

Q: Why sometimes the color of the products you ordered from us is a little different from the images showing on our website? [Return to Top]
A: In order to avoid the bad effect on our products due to the long-term storage, we control certain inventory for the items. We have to replenish our stock when inventory below alert quantity. So this may cause a little different of the color between products and images, for the different batches of the stock.
Our products images are based on the object shooting. The color of some items can not be accurate described, if you find that the color we defined on description is different from image, please take image prevail. We very appreciate your kindly understanding.

Note: If you happen to found the description name on title is different from the picture, you could also take picture for reference. For example, if the pictures shows an butterfly, but we write dragonfly in the title by mistake. You could also take reference on picture or email us.

 

Q: What is Product's volumetric Weight? [Return to Top]
A: For normal airmail shipping and EMS shipping, shipping fee was calculated by shipping weight only, which will not be related with volume. For example, if the shipping weight of one parcel is only 2KG , but the Volume is 1m³, then the shipping fee will will only calculate shipping weight of 2KG. Shipping company will not consider parcel's volume, in another word, they will not charge additional fee for the big Volume.
For DHL , UPS, Fedex, shipping company also consider parcel Volume when charging shipping fee. For example, for item B06158, whose weight is 0.85KG, with Volume of 8700cm³ 25(length)*12(Width)*29(height)=8700cm³, the shipping comany will charge shipping fee by Volume, they will charge shipping fee of 1.74kg for this parcel instead of 0.85kg.
Here is the detail of their calculation method for reference: Using Volume 8700cm³ divide 5000
volumetric weight: 8700/5000=1.74kg (the result 1.74kg is the shipping weight they will charge)
Note: if the divide result is less than actual shipping weight, shipping company will charge the heavier ones(actual shipping weight), in one word, for one parcel, there are two weight, one is actual weight, the other is Volume weight. after comparison with two weight, shipping company will charge by the heavier ones. So when parcel's Volume is big, normally the volumetric weight will be heavier. So they will charge volumetric weight.
In conclusion, when your order's Volume is big, for example, if you ordered B06158 - Black Revolving Charm Beads Display Stand 25x12x29cm
We recommend you choose EMS and Airmail. The shipping fee will be very good as usual. If you choose DHL,UPS,United Kingdom Express Delivery Service, Europe Express Delivery, normally you have to pay by Volume weight. Just like the above parcel, although it is 0.85kg, but shipping company will charge shipping fee of 1.74kg
